Vidzeme Open Debating Tournament 2015 gathered together more than 80 debaters and adjudicators from 8 countries - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Turkey and United Kingdom. In pretty tight competition the winners are Kaspar Kelder and Kristin Parts as team Tartu A.
Final motion reads: THW allow countries to pay other countries to settle asylum-seekers who reach their borders.
